100% Grass-Fed Full Beef (Texas Longhorn)

Our standard cut side of beef is cut to yield the maximum steaks - all of which are cut 3/4". Roasts are 3/4lbs. Ground beef is in 1lb packages (about 50 of them). Cuts include Brisket, Flat Iron, Flank Steak, a few small rib packages, oxtail, liver. All roasts are boneless and rolled. Chuck roast is ground. The meat is cut, wrapped, vacu-packed and boxed.
